The mission of The Employer Atlas is to provide a comprehensive and community-based job search resource, which utilizes a "Crowd-Sourcing" approach to building and maintaining itself. When the website was first released, it contained no employer information, locations, or keywords. Each time an employer is added or updated, those locations and keywords become selectable from the database. Users are able to update, edit, and delete keywords and locations for each organization.
